Kareelaan Guesthouse is situated in Kathu in the Northern Cape province. Kathu is the iron ore capital of the Northern Cape, and its name means “Town under the trees”. Kathu was founded in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s.
Kathu is situated between Upington and Vryburg with about a 2-hour drive to each. Kimberly is a 3-hour drive away, while Kuruman is only 20 minutes away.
This neat and comfortable guest house is perfect for group accommodation and the spacious facilities, conference room and office space, makes it the perfect overnight stay when travelling for work around these areas.
